My kind of an apple a day. If I eat them all no doctor is ever needed?!

All you need is a couple of ingredients in your pantry, a food processor and about 20 minutes of freedom in your busy schedule.
I used only few ingredients, as for me, simplicity is the key. I love to be able to create something with minimal effort, knowing that what I put into my body is pure and nutritious.
These energy balls are made of dried apples, dates, almonds, a little bit of tahini, coconut oil and cinnamon. That´s it, super simple to blend together and for some extra fanciness I rolled the balls in powdered coconut sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Feel free to omit the coconut oil, if you prefer to keep the fat lower. Though, the oil helps the balls firm up in the fridge they will stick together nevertheless.
