Apple Granola

Apple Granola

Apple-y Ever After✨

Granola has been my favourite food since childhood. It was my daily ritual to come home from school and serve myself a big bowl of crunchy granola with thin yogurt. Time has passed and the yogurt has changed into nut milk and the store-bought granola into healthy, homemade one. In a big picture, nothing seems to have changed, in nutritional value though, everything has.

I am not sure whether it is the crunch or the comforting oatmeal that keeps me addicted to any kind of granola but knowing my home version has no added sugar nor oil, yet is nicely balanced with nuts and seeds and naturally sweetened with dates. Having both fiber as well as healthy fats in one meal is essential to feel happily satisfied.

Find the recipe and guided picture tutorial below.

Homemade Always Tastes Better

It may seem complicated and time consuming to make your own batch of granola, but the truth is that once you get your granola to your liking there will be no equal in the stores. Also, it takes you 45 minutes or less to get it baked and ready to satisfy your cravings in a healthy way.

I truly recommend you my apple granola version. Once you top it with your favourite milk and let it sit for a moment, you will smell and taste the baked apples in every bite. Perfect for the fall season, but also for any time of the year 😊

Granola that is:
  • Nutritious and Healthy
  • Filling and Balanced
  • Sweet and Crunchy
