Ready to Become a Beauty Queen? 😉

When I started my vegan journey, sweet hummus was my favourite snack. There is already one Hummus Cookie recipe up on my blog, click here. But since @bemoresuperfoods came out with their super tasty collagen blends I wanted to include this beauty booster into my recipe too. I really recommend their products. In this recipe I use a Raspberry ´n´ Cherry collagen blend. As collagen is not vegan this recipe can´t be called vegan either. If you prefer to omit it, vegan cookies it is.

In this recipe I used mainly chickpeas, dates, almond meal and collagen. 

If you want to have it oil free, you might need to add some extra liquid such as leftover date water or plant based milk.

Feel free to adjust the taste to your liking.


If you are a lazy baker with a demanding sweet-tooth yet try to stay lean and healthy you can definitely omit the baking part and enjoy this cookie dough as it is. This recipe is egg, dairy, gluten and refined sugar free, meaning, ready to eat on the go 😊

Beauty Cookies

  • food processor


  • 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 150 g dates soak 10min in hot water
  • 1 Tbsp date water
  • 1/3 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 cup cherry collagen @bemoresuperfoods
  • salt
  • cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 50 g chocolate chips


  • blend all ingredients besides chocolate in a food processor until smooth
  • add chocolate chips and stir to combine.
  • eat raw as a cookie dough or form into cookies and bake 20min in 18°’C
  • let it cool a little and enjoy


  • These cookies are soft and moist, keep in the fridge and eat within a week
  • If you prefer less sweet use less dates
  • If you prefer HCLF omit the coconut oil
  • And if you’re a cookie dough fan skip the baking
