Happy Valentine week to you all! These little treats are perfect for a gift or a special dessert.
It is my 3rd round making these beauties so I thought it is time to share the recipe with you. If a recipe wins my heart it will be worth it! One bite is all you need
I´m telling you, if you are looking something for your Valentine, stop scrolling and get into your kitchen, where all the magic happens Since childhood, I have heard a statement “the way to one´s Heart is through the Stomach”, and I think it is very true. Nowadays, food is oftentimes associated with emotions, bringing joy and love. Therefore, I recommend you to try making these healthy bliss balls and surprise your loved ones!
This recipe is not hard and uses quite common ingredients when we talk about vegan desserts. It makes only 8 bite-size balls, if you fancy more double the amounts
I used almond butter from @bulk, but if it is expensive for you to buy you can replace it with tahini for example, works well too! Or if you have any other favourite nut butter of yours, go ahead! Just remember that the final taste will differ a little
I decided to roll my balls in freeze-dried raspberry powder. Not only because of the beautiful Valentine inspired colour, but also, raspberries add a little sour taste to balance the super sweet ganache hidden inside. Otherwise you can also roll the balls in cacao powder or pulsed nuts if you prefer.
