Sweet-tooth cannot be hold back for too long

When I am hungry or have my sweet-tooth cravings I cannot wait. I feel the world has no other worries than my stomach needs. 
That is why I always have to have some raw ingredients on hand.

This recipe is effortless! All you need to have is a couple of ingredients in your emergency corner in your kitchen, a food processor, a bowl and 5 seconds patience to roll the balls 😆

Snickers Bliss Balls

  • 1 cup cashews roasted
  • 1/2 cup peanuts roasted
  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/8 cup date syrup/honey/coconut nectar
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • salt
  • dark chocolate for decorating


  • roast the nuts and pulse them in food processor until small pieces, not into flour
  • mix everything in a big bowl and roll into balls
  • top with melted chocolate


  • makes about 30-40 balls, depending on the size
  • to keep it raw skip the nut roasting part!
  • keep in the fridge or store in the freezer
