Since having a Blendtec blender at home, making pancakes is the easiest thing on earth.
Honestly, I love pancakes, but I am just too lazy to make them. The cooking process usually takes so long that I get hangry and munch on the hot cakes before they get plated and served. But these savoury cakes got me patiently waiting for the outcome. Super cute and green! Healthier version of the regular Sunday mornings.

In this recipe I used spinach and a little bit of @bemoresuperfoods spirulina powder to get this beautiful green outcome. Not to mention to boost the veggie intake of the day and to provide the body with all the good.
You can omit the spirulina if you don´t have it or you can purchase it using my code “lifetreats” that gives you 10% off
Also, I added into the batter @friendlyvikingseesti sour oats to get a creamier consistency, and later, topped the cake pile with it as well. I love their brand, as they keep their products simple, healthy and nutritious. If you can´t find them, substitute with natural yogurt.
